Decision Worx is a joint venture between DF2020 and Reesworx — built to bring tracked, signed-off assurance to the Building Safety Act, starting with Gateway 2. Ready to Fly is our first product, not our only one.
What a five-month Gateway 2 delay costs a mid-size hospital — against a 12-week statutory target. That's the number that should move a room, not the pounds.
Why this exists
The Hackitt review and the Building Safety Act that followed it put a new regime around every Higher-Risk Building — 18 metres or seven storeys and up, or a hospital, or a care home. The regime works. The tooling hasn't caught up: most teams are still tracking Gateway 2 compliance in spreadsheets and forms, against a statutory 12-week target that's actually running 22–43 weeks, with real-world delays reported at 9–12 months.
Decision Worx exists to close that gap — not with more paperwork, but with a system that tracks every check against the regulation itself, and can prove it.
How we're built
Decision Worx is a 50/50 joint venture between DF2020 and Reesworx — brought together because the problem needed both halves: DF2020's technical depth in building the deterministic agent framework underneath Gateway 2 compliance, and Reesworx's relationships across contractors and the built environment.

Where we're going
Gateway 2 is where we're starting, because it's the sharpest version of the problem — a complex, safety-critical process with a real regulator and a real cost to getting it wrong. But the same deterministic approach applies anywhere a complex, regulated process needs to be tracked and proven, not just filed. Ready to Fly is the first product built on that foundation. It won't be the last.
